Cabin amenities & classes
Continental Airlines offers Business First, First Class and Economy class for its passengers. Business First class is available on international flights on certain Boeing aircrafts. The in-flight services include comfortable sleeper seats, wide range of menu choices, premium wines and champagnes. The business first class travelers are also offered additional assistance right from the gate, pre-boarding and up until clearing customs. They are also offered entry to affiliate lounges as well as entry to the President's Club lounge by showing their boarding pass.
The in-flight services provided by Continental for First Class travelers include spacious and comfortable leather seats (with six-way adjustable headrest), pillows, blankets, pre-departure beverages, premium wines, complimentary alcoholic beverages and wide variety of meal choices. As a part of in-flight entertainment, complimentary headsets are also offered to the travelers.

Baggage policy
Continental allows one piece of hand baggage as carry-on baggage. The maximum dimension of the carry-on baggage should not exceed 46", and the maximum weight allowed is 40 lbs. In addition to the carry-on baggage, the travelers are also allowed to carry one personal item free of cost. The personal item could be a briefcase, purse, personal aid devices, game console etc.
For traveling to the U.S, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada, the travelers are required to pay $15 for the first checked-in bag and $25 for the second checked-in bag. The check-in baggage allowance for economy class travelers is two and for Business and First class travelers it is three while traveling internationally. The maximum weight of each bag should not exceed 50 lbs and the maximum dimension should be 62".
